We help build a woman's pipeline to success.
Help us lay the foundation.
We're raising $10,000 to provide mentoring support for high school girls as they begin making vital career choices. Donate today!
It's about access.
The RISING Leaders Mentoring program matches high school girls with successful women who work in a field similar to their career interests. Through one-on-one mentoring, teen participants learn about their field of interest, the professional landscape, tips for navigating the workforce and more. Your donation helps provide ongoing support, training and educational resources to teen girls and their mentors.
It's about community.
RISE Collaborative Workspace and RISE Society are successful because a community of strong, successful and uplifting women make it happen. Your donation helps build relationships with schools in the metropolitan St. Louis area to engage girls in the RISING Leaders programs and other opportunities to meet successful women. We give girls the opportunity to see what they want to be.
It's about shattering the glass ceiling.
Women still face many challenges in today's workplace. Access to the support girls need shouldn't cause a burden financially or otherwise. Girls who have access to the education, network and resources they need shatter glass ceilings. Your donation helps support travel for girls in need to meet with their mentors, attend events geared to inspire their career choices and provides scholarships for participation in the program.
